What’s the top commercial fruit in Alabama? Peaches. And more than 2/3 of them are grown in Chilton County. And here at our little place in Calhoun County, we’re just trying to do our part. 🙂

sweet moments
One of the sweetest things we experience each summer is watching friends get over their fear of horses…or seeing that pure look of happiness on someone’s face when they take their very first ride. The latter happened just this week. Go Kim & Rodeo!
note to self
Do not go ATV-ing in the woods, after a big rain, in the mud, unless you know what you’re doing. Otherwise, you might just be leaving your vehicle overnight and walking home. Just sayin’.
